Returns & Refunds Policy
Please contact us first before any type of refund or exchange is made.
All refunds will be in the form of store credit.
If the wrong product was delivered to you, you can request a full refund or a reshipment of the correct item.
If there is any other reason you wish to return an item, (ex. Wrong size) you must return the item at your own expense. The item must be unused and free of any type of damage or stains. Then you will be refunded for the item.
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, providing insufficient address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Feel On Me (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, labor strikes).
- Due to the nature of the item, makeup, earrings, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimsuit items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
